Couch to 5k is a running programme which starts with a mix of running and walking to gradually build up fitness and stamina. The programme runs for 9 weeks with the final 5k run taking place on the 9th week. No running experience is required. Have fun, get active and meet friends. Typically sessions last between 30 min and 1 hour. Couch 25k is delivered by a qualified and insured leader in fitness.
