Couch to 5K
Couch to 5k is a running programme which start with a mix of runing and walking to gradually build up fitness and stamina. The programme runs for 9 weeks with the final 5k run taking place on the 9th week.
No running experience required
Have fun, get active and meet friends
Typically sessions last between 30 min and 1 hour
