MEND (Mind, Exercise, Nutrition, Do It!)
This fun and practical programme helps to build a foundation for a healthy lifestyle for families with children aged 2-4 years.
Each session begins with a physical play activity which parents and children enjoy together. After this, the parents participate in a workshop which includes topics such as fussy eating, portion size, reading food labels and developing creative ways to encourage children to enjoy different fruits, vegetable and healthy snacks. Meanwhile the children participate in a workshop where they enjoy fun activities and are encouraged to try new foods.
The programme consists of 10x 1 ½ hour sessions and is very popular so book early to avoid disappointment.
